Don's Team = Car Number 28 done for the season

I heard that the 28 car (Kvapil) is done for the season. According to our league rules. The team (Don's) may pic any remaining Car # (driver) in the field. Once a new car number is chose this will be for the remainder of the year regardless if the 28 car appears for another race.

So Don needs to pick a new CAR # (DRIVER) before the next race.

Rule 8 states when drivers can be replaced.
